CPG WTF is the story of how I became an entrepreneur by mistake. I was a stay at home dad to two very picky eaters and I didn’t want to argue with them (or quietly lose my mind) any more.

I did a bit of research and discovered that if you give kids more responsibility in the preparation of their food, either in the kitchen or at the table, they’re far more likely to eat it. They stop and think about what’s gone into it (the ingredients and the effort), they’re flattered that you’ve trusted them, and they want to complete the task to earn your praise.

The solution my friend Pegi and I came up with was to create food products that kids could use themselves. I still think this is one of the best ideas ever. Trying to execute it on our own, though? With an almost non-existent budget? Without a doubt the wildest ride of my life. Subscribe to find out why.

(And hit me up if you need help with your own brand!)
